Property listing data displayed on this website is provided by the Pillar 9™ MLS System under license. The following terms apply to all MLS data displayed on this Site:

  • Data accuracy: The data included on this website is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by the Pillar 9™ MLS System or any listing brokerage. Information may be subject to errors, omissions, changes, and withdrawals without notice.
  • Data freshness: Listing data is refreshed regularly (at least every 24 hours). The date and time of the last data update is displayed on pages showing listing data.
  • Personal use only: All listing data is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, retransmit, scrape, archive, or otherwise reproduce any data from this website.
  • No modification: MLS data fields may not be altered, modified, manipulated, or obscured in any way.

Certain features of this website require registration, including saving properties, saving searches, requesting showings, and receiving property alerts. By registering, you agree that:

  • Registration does not create a fiduciary obligation or representation agreement with us
  • Registration does not impose any financial obligation on you

5. Virtual Office Website (VOW) Access

Access to sold property data through our Virtual Office Website (VOW) requires separate registration with email verification and acceptance of additional terms. By registering for VOW access, you agree and acknowledge that:

  1. These Terms of Use do not create a fiduciary obligation with NEWHAUS or any associated brokerage.
  2. All data obtained from the VOW is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  3. You have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate of the type being displayed.
  4. You will not copy, redistribute, or retransmit any of the data or information provided.
  5. You acknowledge Pillar 9™ ownership of and the validity of the copyright in the MLS System.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access listing data
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
  • Use listing data to create derivative products, works, or services
  • Use listing data within RSS feeds or syndication
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
  • Misrepresent your identity or provide false information

7. Home Evaluation Requests

The home evaluation feature on this Site is a lead-capture tool that connects you with a REALTOR® for a personalized property assessment. It does not generate automated valuations from MLS data. Any property value estimate provided is the professional opinion of the REALTOR® and should not be relied upon as an appraisal.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all content, including MLS listing data, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

MLS listing data may not be accurate or complete and may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, upgrades, hardware or software issues, or other factors. Entry, conversion, and storage of data is subject to human and machine error.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEWHAUS, its brokerage, Pillar 9™, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or any content therein.
